ELECTIONS -the day after

I started this blog because I thought that this year`s elections in the USA would be very interesting.Interesting they are but not in the way I expected them to be.When commenting about the elections, I manily talked about the part that involves the evangelicals,my fellow christians.I will not be voting in this election,I do not live in the USA. I live in Europe.I have been following the Elections in the USA since 1992 when I still lived in Zimbabwe.I was sitting in my 3 bed roomed house  in Bulawayo  Zimbabwe watching TV, wondering if Bill Clinton would win the Elections. I have always prefered the democrats to the republicans. As a born again Christian I dis-agree with most  of the things that the democrats stand for and I agree with SOME things that the republicans stand for,so why lean on the democrats? I think it is all tied in this one word HYPOCRICY. I despise hyprocricy big time! I prefer a guy that says I stand for killing innocent babies,I can look at that and s...

DEMOCRACY -does it exist?

DEMOS +KRATOS = DEMOCRACY (DEMOKRATIA) is there such a thing as democracy? I mean really,is there? I bring up this question because sometime ago I heard a politician in the UNITES STATES,If I am not mistaken it was the republican majority leader, say that they will work to deny the incumbent a second term.QUESTION,why is he and his cronies deciding HOW THE American people should vote? 2)Is he in congress to serve the people or his own interests?Their attitude was and is,it doesnt matter if the president comes up with something(suggestion) that will benefit the people we will JUST SAY NO! so he does not become successful and get re elected. If there is such a thing as democracy then why go to such great lengths to sabotage the incumbent`s chances of re election? why not let the PEOPLE decide for them selves? I ask again,is there really such a thing as democracy? I end by saying this when I was some where sometime I happen to hear a song,as a musician I pay attention...

Election Dilema for Evangelicals

I am just wondering what my Evangelical friends in the USA are going to do this November. In November the Americans will be voting to either keep the incumbent in the white house or to move in some one  else there. Here is the problem,  some  evangelicals have claimed that the incumbent is not really a christian as he says,so they want to vote for someone else. Now,his challenger is a Mormon, that's even worse,Mormons are not Christians. So what are they going to do? How are they going to vote? will they totally ignore the fact that this year`s challenger does not serve JESUS CHRIST,or will they say,it does not really matter, while he does not entirely stand for what we stand for,at least he stands against what we stand against. How will they vote? All we have to do is wait until November and the answer to this question will come.We will be watching from Europe.

3 strikes you are out!

I think that the American election will be very interesting this year. For Newt Gingrich it does not really look good at the moment. He very well might not be the GOP nominee this year, but it is still too early to tell. One of the reasons why He probably will not be the nominee is because he has been married 3 times.According to some people this disqualifes him from talking about family values. We will have to wait until the fat lady has sung, there are always surprises in these things

Mr Politician

Mr Politician I saw you on television You were telling your vision You promised us heaven and earth But is heaven and earth yours to give? I see you everywhere I go Your face is in every place You are black, you are white You are red, brown , and yellow You are there in every country You are there in every culture You are thin , you are fat You are tall and you are short You speak many languages But we do not want your sanguages Be like Ruth , tell me the truth Mr Politician , how about the truth ? Mr. Politician , don`t get me wrong I like your style , you are cool and smooth But please do not promise what you know you cannot deliver Moffat Joel Masuku © copyright 2009

Saving both the born and unborn

A brief Look at the American health care law I think that I speak for most here in Sweden when I say that, it is hard for us here to understand what the fuss is all about. In Sweden everyone gets to go to the hospital, it costs  300 Swedish kronor to go to the hospital at times 200 sek, depending on what you are there for. At the clinic you pay 120 sek to get the Usd I think you divide those figures by 7.My view is that everyone should be able to go to hospital if they need to.In Christian circles we worry too much about what kind of system this new health care law is built on, we should save lives. Why do we make such a big fuss about saving the unborn and not saving the already born? It doesn’t matter if the new health care law is derived from socialistic thinking or not..Whats important is that everyone gets medical attention when they need it. If someone is of the view that the new law comes from socialism, then let them come up with a better version that is not b...
