I WROTE THIS ARTICLE A WHILE BACK
I was 10 years old when the late legendary Reggae King Bob Marley and the wailers filled up a stadium in Harare Zimbabwe,he sung Africa got liberated Zimbabwe! It was then that Rhodesia became ZIMBABWE! The country became liberated from British rule.As a kid I enjoyed attending the late Dr Joshua Nkomo`s political rallies.Something about him impressed me,something about deliverance and bringing freedom to the masses,Something about being a Moses like figure,really drew me to him.We are both born on the 7th of June.I guess deep was calling unto deep.I am not called to be a politician am a main calling .I seem to be deeply interested in the subject for some reason,I am called to preach the Gospel of JESUS the Christ.I take time also to honour the Late Joshua Nkomo,and all those that gave their lives free Zimbabawe.Soldiers,warriors One time to you! hats off to you!
I also Honour my dad,Jacob Masuku, on whose shoulders I stand.I honour all the Masuku fallen warriors soldiers!It is my intension to reprent you well in this life . Lalani kuhle lonke! Lalani kuhle,bakoMadleya,Masuku,Mlondo,imbombotshe mnyama.One time to you!
I honour the late General Lookout Masuku former commander of the Zipra Forces,that fought under the leadership of Dr Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo. They fought alongside the Zanla forces under the leadership of President Robert Gabriel Mugabe.Though the road has beeb long for Zimbabwe and there are still many rivers to be crossed, many mountains to be climbed,I salute you all my fellow Zimbabweans.Happy Independence day Zimbabwe!AMHLOPHE! MAKOROKOTO!
So today I say to All my fellow Zimbabweans in the diaspora and those at Home. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZIMBABWE! today I raise my fist in the air and say.....
